XENOPHOBIA: Nigerians Are Suffering In South Africa

Nigerians are in some pains and disgrace in SA due to Xenophobic actions by South Africans.

SON News: Xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in Johannesburg.

South Africans are harming Nigerians in their country in a way that clearly shows Xenophobic attacks.

The incident was reported to start on 29th of August but there were hopes that the actions might end soon, but as it is now the attacks are inflating and it is putting all Nigerians who are in the country on the brinks of death, they’ve destroyed most of the properties owned by Nigerians in the country and killed, burned, assaulted and bullied many Nigerians in the country.

Nigerians shows their concerns on social media and some has started planning on dishing out South Africa’s product in the country including MTN, Shoprite, Dstv, Stanbic and FlySAA.

President Muhammadu Buhari recently breaks his long silence on the ongoing attacks in a statement by his Special Advisor on Media and Publicity.

The statement reads: “Consequently, the President has instructed the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, to summon the South African High Commissioner to Nigeria and get a brief on the situation; express Nigeria’s displeasure over the treatment of her citizens; and assurance of the safety of their lives and property.

“President Buhari has also despatched a Special Envoy to convey to President Cyril Ramaphosa his concerns and also interact with his South African counterpart on the situation.

“The Special Envoy is expected to arrive in Pretoria latest Thursday, September 5, 2019.”

Popular Nigerian Musician Slimcase also shows his concern about this on Instagram, the “Azaman” crooner posted a video of suffering Nigerians in johannesburg with a crying emoji and a sad caption “SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF GREEN WHITE GREEN IN SOUTH AFRICA”
